What is an immersive show?
Immersive Experiences are one of the fastest growing forms of live entertainment in the world. Audiences become participants in an experience rather than purely spectators at a show.
These events involve building detailed worlds that audiences can explore at their leisure. Shows feature multiple rooms, sometimes even huge landscapes, with working features and amenities, from cars to restaurants. Actors will interact with the audience for individual scenes, often improvising and interacting with willing audience members. Some audience members may have to solve problems or deliver messages that affect the story. Others may stumble upon a scene that only they will witness. Audiences witness unique, unforgettable moments and personalised experiences.
You can decide on how much you are involved in the show, be a part of the action or watch the story unfold In front of you throughout the many different rooms and environments., You need only interact as much as you are comfortable to – if you prefer to observe from the side-lines, nobody will mind.
Will there be any seating?
As the show is immersive, there is no formal seating; you will be standing and encouraged to move around the performance as it unfolds. All tickets are General Allocation with no seat numbers.
If, for any reason you are unable to stand for prolonged periods of time, please do get in touch with us at ArtsTickets so we can make the necessary arrangements for you. We work hard to ensure our performances are as accessible as possible over multiple floors and rooms.
What should I wear?
You are welcome to dress up, come as your favourite Doctor, character or even as yourself, that’s just brilliant too.
How long is it?
We are busy creating the show right now but we’re anticipating a duration of 90 minutes. Further information will be released as we near our opening date.
Any age restrictions?
We are creating the production to incorporate the same ‘hide behind the sofa’ feeling that the TV Series is known and loved for. There will be mild peril, loud noises and some really exciting special effects but we’re family friendly at heart and believe in telling a good story that’s suitable for adults as well as children.
Age recommendation: 11+. Ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult and we have the right to refuse entry should ID not be provided upon request. Doctor Who: Time Fracture will challenge 25 so ID will be required for the sale of any alcoholic drinks.
I have specific requirements:
We are creating the production to be fully accessible. Details will follow when we release tickets for general sale, or you can email us at ArtsTickets for more information.
Are there any discounts available if I bring my friends?
Guests will receive a 10% discount on group bookings of 10 or more, contact us to book.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No tickets are required, guest list on arrival
What are the terms and conditions for my ticket?

The room however is not bigger on the inside so please leave larger items at home. Please note there will be a small fee to use this service and it is payable by card or contactless device only.
Does the bar take cash or card?
Please note we operate a cash free venue and the bar is CARD ONLY
Are there any special effects that I should be aware of?
The show is still in creative development but it is highly likely that it will include the use of lighting, smoke and pyrotechnic effects. Our website will be updated as we move closer to opening night. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please e-mail us at ArtsTickets and we will be sure to respond to you within 2 working days.
Are there Audio Described and BSL Interpreted performances?
